Our recipe calls for Dixie Botanicals® Dew Drop tinctures, which are liquid extracts that combine CBD-rich hemp oil and vegetable glycerin. The hemp oil found in our CBD tinctures is naturally abundant in CBD. Typically taken under the tongue, Dew Drop CBD tinctures come in three flavors – Peppermint, Cinnamon, and Natural.
For this CBD bath soak, we prefer our Natural Dew Drops.
Our recipe also calls for Epsom salts, which are high in magnesium to help relieve muscle tension, promote sleep, and reduce stress. You’ll also find lavender essential oils, which has a natural soothing and calming effect.
You’ll need the following:
- Two droppers full of Dixie Botanicals® Dew Drops – Natural
- 2 cups Epsom salt
- 7 drops of lavender essential oil
First add all the ingredients into a container and use any utensil to mix thoroughly.
Once you’re ready for your bath, begin filling your tub with hot water. As the tub reaches about ¼ full, slowly pour the CBD-infused salt soak blend into the bath. Allow it to dissolve, using your hand to help mix it into the water.
Keep in mind that using oils in your bath will cause the surface to become slick. Use caution while getting in and out of the bath.
