Easily make your own CBD capsules with the concentration of CBD that meets your needs by using our CBD isolate.
Juggling your array of fitness, work, and personal responsibilities can be overwhelming and sometimes you need a CBD serving that you can swallow quickly and keep going. Enter CBD capsules, which offer a level of convenience that’s hard to match.
Using Dixie Botanicals® CBD Isolate, you can quickly and easily make your own CBD capsules so that your daily serving is ready to go whenever you need it.
What is CBD Isolate?
The most potent CBD product available on the market, Dixie Botanicals® CBD Isolate is a fine, crystalline powder made up of 99% CBD. CBD isolate is not a synthetic or lab-made cannabinoid, but rather an all-natural product extracted from non-GMO hemp.
While the isolate is made from full-spectrum CBD hemp oil, a proprietary purification process removes all of the hemp oil plant material, waxes, chlorophyll, and more, leaving a pure isolate CBD powder.
Because any trace levels of THC are removed during the filtration process, CBD isolate is a popular choice among competitive athletes and first responders.
Each 1-gram jar of Dixie Botanicals® CBD Isolate contains 990 mg of CBD, which can be broken down into specific servings of any size. This is why CBD isolate gives you control over how much CBD you want to add to your system.
Why Make Your Own CBD Capsules?
CBD capsules take all the fuss out of your daily CBD routine. Once you make your capsules, you don’t have to be bothered with measuring out your exact CBD serving sizes each day. It’s easy to be consistent with your CBD routine when all you have to do is gulp down one of your pre-made CBD capsules.
Because CBD capsules are compact and easy to pack, they can go with you wherever you go. Store them in a bottle, pillbox, or a baggie and keep them at your locker at the gym, your desk at work, or in a bathroom drawer at home.
Have a vacation planned? CBD is legal in the United States and in over 40 countries worldwide. Pack them in a duffle bag, backpack, or carry-on for hassle-free access so you don’t miss your CBD routine while you’re out in the world.
Plus, by using CBD Isolate to make your own CBD capsules, you have full control over their CBD concentration. With CBD Isolate, you can fill up each capsule with as much CBD as you need.
How You Can Make Your Own CBD Capsules
Creating your own DIY CBD capsules takes only minutes. You can fill a single capsule before each use or make enough for the week or month ahead.
When creating your own CBD products using CBD isolate, be sure to accurately calculate the potency of your individual servings. Because it is over 99 percent pure, each milligram of CBD isolate represents very close to a milligram of active CBD.
Need some help figuring out how much CBD to take?
The easiest way to accurately measure out daily CBD servings is to use a scale that measures small weights in milligrams. This will allow you to precisely measure out your CBD serving down to the milligram. There are also 10 mg scoops available online to help you accurately measure out the CBD powder without a scale.
A standard 00 capsule can typically hold up to 250-500 milligrams of dried material. A 0 size capsule will hold approximately 150-300 milligrams of dried material.
Things you’ll need to make your own CBD capsules:
- Dixie Botanicals® CBD Isolate
- Vegetarian capsules: can be found online or an herb store for around $10 or less for 500
Instructions on how to make your own CBD capsules:
- Measure out your desired daily serving of CBD isolate in milligrams (mg).
- Separate the two ends of the capsule and set aside the smaller end.
- Fill the larger end of the capsule with your desired serving of CBD isolate.
- Once the end is filled with the CBD powder, securely replace the smaller end to reseal the capsule.
You may have heard of capsule filling machines, which allow you to efficiently fill 50 or more capsules at a time. These units allow you to quickly fill the capsules by placing their larger ends in a grid that positions them vertically so that you can sweep the isolate powder over their tops.
Such a tool may be beneficial, but only if you plan to fill each capsule up at least halfway with CBD isolate. Otherwise, some capsules will collect more of the powder than others and you will end up with unequal servings.
