  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp of sea salt
  • ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup pistachios, roughly chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate larger bowl, mix together CBD isolate, oats, oat flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and slowly mix to combine until the batter is smooth and comes together.

Ingredients:

  • 120 mg Dixie Botanicals® CBD Isolate
  • 12 oz dark chocolate
  • 7 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt dark chocolate and 5 tablespoons of coconut oil on low heat, stirring frequently. Add in vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
  2. Distribute half of the melted chocolate mix into the bottom of the mold until it reaches about 1/3 of the way up the sides. Stick in the freezer for 15 minutes.

  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture evenly over the chocolate layers in the molds. Leave enough room at the top for a final layer of chocolate. Stick in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the remaining melted chocolate mixture onto the top of the peanut butter cups, up until it reaches the rims of the molds. Freeze for 1 hour, until set.
  6. Pop out CBD chocolate peanut butter cups from mold, and then move them to an airtight container for longer storage in the refrigerator.
