Wrap Ingredients:

  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla
  • Chicken breast
  • 4 large romaine leaves
  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

Chicken Marinade Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ jalapeno pepper, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder

CBD-Infused Honey-Lime Dressing Ingredients:

  • 20 mg Dixie Botanicals® CBD Isolate
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Toss in chicken and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for one hour or more.
  2. Place a drizzle of olive oil in a non-stick pan set to medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken, roughly 5-7 minutes each side, until its inside reaches 165°F and is no longer pink. Place chicken on cutting board and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the honey-lime dressing and mix well using a fork.
  4. Add cooked chicken and the remaining wrap ingredients to the bowl of dressing. Toss thoroughly.
  5. Place the salad mixture onto the tortilla. Fold in the sides to tightly roll up the wrap. You may have some leftover salad that doesn’t fit in the tortilla.

Chicken Avocado Salad Wrap

Salmon and Avocado CBD-Infused Salad Wrap

Salmon is an incredible source of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin D. Pair it with avocado, olives and two types of greens in this tasty salad wrap to get the nutrition your body needs for training and competition.

CBD isolate blends easily into this salad wrap’s lemon herb dressing. Like mentioned above, adjust the serving size of CBD isolate as necessary depending on your needs.

Wrap Ingredients:

  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla
  • 6 ounces salmon fillet, skinned
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ avocado, chopped
  • 1 green scallion, chopped
  • 5 green olives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

CBD-Infused Lemon Herb Dressing Ingredients:

  • 20 mg Dixie Botanicals® CBD Isolate
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Sprinkle of sea salt
  • Sprinkle of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Place a drizzle of olive oil on a nonstick pan and set to medium heat. Place salmon in the pan and cook until golden brown on 1 side, about 4 minutes. Turn the fish over with a spatula, and cook until it is firm to touch, about 3 minutes.
  2. Place salmon on cutting board and chop in bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine lemon herb salad dressing ingredients and use a fork to whisk.
  4. Add the cooked salmon and the remaining salad ingredients minus the tortilla to the large bowl and toss thoroughly.
  5. Place the salad mixture onto the tortilla. Fold in the sides to tightly roll up the wrap. You may have some leftover salad that doesn’t fit in the tortilla. If so, you can eat any remaining salad by itself.

Salmon and Avocado Wrap

Mediterranean Greek CBD-Infused Salad Wrap

This popular CBD-infused Greek salad wrap combines grilled chicken with olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, and feta cheese. An easy and delicious homemade CBD-infused lemon vinaigrette dressing makes this healthy and nutritious wrap a game changer.

Wrap Ingredients:

  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla
  • 5 ounces chicken breast
  • 1/8 cup feta cheese, chopped or crumbled
  • ¾ cup butter leaf lettuce, chopped
  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/3 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup basil, chopped

CBD-Infused Lemon Vinaigrette Ingredients:

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. Place a drizzle of olive oil on a nonstick pan and set to medium-high heat.
  2. Place chicken in the pan and cook about 5-7 minutes. Turn the chicken over with a spatula and cook until it reaches 165°F, about another 5-7 minutes.
  3. Place cooked chicken on cutting board and chop in bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a food storage container, combine lemon vinaigrette ingredients. Use a fork to whisk.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, add all the salad ingredients minus the tortilla.
  6. Pour 1/3 of dressing over salad mixture and toss thoroughly. Cover the remaining dressing and store it in the refrigerator for later use.
  7. Place the salad mixture onto the tortilla. Fold in the sides to tightly roll up the wrap. Enjoy any leftover salad that doesn’t fit into the tortilla by itself.
